Testing & grading: where “used” becomes “proven”

This is the step that answers the only question that matters. Every module earns its grade on the bench before it’s allowed near a home or a site. If it doesn’t make the grade, it doesn’t get sold. It gets recycled.

    Intake & safety triage

    Each incoming pack is logged, discharged to a safe state and inspected for damage before anything else.

  2. 02

    Full-cycle capacity test

    Every module runs a complete charge/discharge cycle so we measure real State of Health, not a nameplate number.

  3. 03

    Resistance & self-discharge

    Internal resistance and self-discharge are checked to catch weak or drifting cells the capacity test alone would miss.

  4. 04

    Thermal & insulation check

    Thermal behaviour and insulation resistance are verified against safety thresholds. Anything marginal is rejected.

  5. 05

    Grade & document

    Modules are graded by measured health and paired into matched banks. Every grade is recorded against the pack’s history.

  • Sourcing & take-back

    We collect retired EV and industrial packs from manufacturers, fleets, dealers and installers, with documented chain of custody so suppliers can report on where their batteries went.

  • Repurposing & assembly

    Graded modules are rebuilt into complete storage systems: a fresh battery-management system, a proper enclosure, and live monitoring. Engineered, not bodged.

  • Installation & support

    Accredited install and commissioning, then monitoring, maintenance and a real warranty. One team is accountable from quote to after-care.

  • End-of-life recycling

    When a cell finally can’t be reused, it goes to responsible recycling partners to recover its materials. Nothing we handle is landfilled.
